Møller Eiendom develops and invests in properties with a long-term perspective, creating sustainable buildings and vibrant urban environments. The company has a strong presence in Oslo, including the Hammersborg area, where several properties are being transformed and redeveloped.

Selected projects include Hoxton Oslo in Møllergata, the first Hoxton hotel in the Nordic region; Deich - House of Photography, located in Oslo’s former main library; and Hasle Kraft, the future headquarters of Møller Mobility Group. Møller Eiendom also develops residential, commercial, and logistics properties, with a focus on quality, sustainability, and long-term value creation.

Through property development, cultural initiatives, and collaboration with public and private stakeholders, Møller Eiendom contributes to attractive neighbourhoods and vibrant meeting places. At Hammersborg, the company plays an active role in the development of a dynamic district for urban life, culture, and business.
