I don't think I had

something to do with numbers.
With over 8,000 employees across industries and disciplines, Aars represents a diverse range of professions and workplaces. We spoke with some of our colleagues to gain insight into their everyday work lives.
How would you describe working at Møller Eiendom?
Working here gives me a motivating, challenging, and varied daily routine.
What are you working on right now?
We are in the final stages of the year-end closing, reporting last year’s results. In addition, I have spent the past few weeks developing a forecasting model to project portfolio values and key figures, which has been very exciting.
What do you value most in your job?
Definitely all the skilled and friendly colleagues. We have a great work environment, which makes me look forward to coming to work every day.
How would you describe the workplace culture at Møller Eiendom?
The culture is characterized by high professional competence, humor, collaboration, and team spirit.
What is the advantage of Møller Eiendom being part of the larger Aars community?
It allows us to share expertise and experiences across companies and collaborate on solving common challenges. As a relatively small company, it’s valuable to have others within the group to discuss and exchange ideas with.
What do you look forward to in the next 6–12 months?
Over the next six months, we will be working on shaping a new strategy for Møller Eiendom for 2026–2030, and I am really looking forward to that!
