Bjørn Harry Haugland

After a long career in the military, Bjørn Harry Haugland now works with apprentices at Møller Bilskolen - from their very first steps to the moment they receive their trade certificates.

“The best part of my job is working with people, facing challenges, and collaborating across the group. It allows me to get to know many colleagues and build strong relationships,” says the dedicated leader.

“In addition, I get to practice leadership and work within the technical field at what I consider Norway’s best automotive group.”

For more than 15 years, Møller Bilskolen has trained apprentices in automotive professions for Møller Bil, with around 140 apprentices in training at any given time. Bjørn Harry describes his work as both rewarding and fun, highlighting the opportunity to further develop as a leader within a forward-looking group that is committed to investing in apprentices. Møller Bilskolen thrives in its newly relocated facilities at Møller Medvind Arena.

When does your job make you happiest?
“That’s a tough question, but if I have to choose one thing, it would be the people working at Møller Mobility Group and how everyone cheers each other on across the company,” Bjørn Harry concludes.

"I have long been passionate about the education and training of young people. It is motivating to find the best ways to do this, so this position is a perfect fit for me.”
