Anders Ravn Karlsen

With over 8,000 employees across industries and disciplines, Aars represents a diverse range of professions and workplaces. We spoke with some of our colleagues to gain insight into their everyday work lives.

How would you describe working at Onitio?
So far, it has been both challenging and exciting to work with three companies coming together through a merger.

What are you working on right now?
At the moment, I’m focused on a major event we are organizing for clients and partners - the Onitio Inspire Summit. In addition, we are in the middle of a project reviewing our websites, working on search engine optimization, and ensuring our clients can navigate our pages as easily as possible.

What do you value most in your job?
Definitely my great colleagues and the flexibility. I appreciate both the opportunity to work on a wide variety of tasks within my field and the fact that the work can be done from anywhere.

How would you describe the workplace culture at Onitio?
I experience the environment as inclusive. We are several companies that have recently merged, and we are actively working on integration across systems and borders. The goal is “one Onitio,” and we are well on our way.

What is the advantage of Onitio being part of the larger Aars community?
It’s valuable to be able to draw on the expertise within the Aars ownership network and to share knowledge across Aars companies. I also appreciate being part of a solid Norwegian company with strong values.

What do you look forward to in the next 6–12 months?
Right now, I am looking forward to growing our marketing team. We have an important task ahead of us: further developing Onitio and promoting our offerings to clients across the Nordic countries.
