How would you describe working at Møller Bil Rud?
It’s exciting and interesting to join such an established team as a newcomer - but also incredibly rewarding.

What are you working on right now?
I am currently working on establishing the Møller Bil Service Center at Rud, and I aim to double the number of productive hands on site. It’s going to be an exciting journey!

What do you value most in your job?
After more than 20 years at Møller, what I value most remains the people. It’s amazing to see what can be accomplished in a single day, both in terms of physical work and, importantly, in how we take care of customers and colleagues.

How would you describe the workplace culture at Møller Bil Rud?
Rud has seen very little staff turnover in the 15 years it has existed. This is reflected in the culture and work environment - everyone helps each other, and you never hear a “no.”

What is the advantage of Møller Bil Rud being part of the larger Aars community?
Given the changes in the automotive industry over recent years, there is no doubt that Aars provides secure frameworks, allowing us to focus on operations and creating great experiences for both customers and employees.

What do you look forward to in the next 6–12 months?
Establishing the Møller Bil Service Center at Rud. The new concept will include a Proff Nytte workshop, a dedicated EU inspection lane running through the building, and an EV workshop, adapted to handle all types of jobs day to day.
